AHMAD SHARIZAL JIMIN
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Sharizal graduated with an LL. B (Hons) from the University of Wales Aberystwyth, United Kingdom and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995. He left his legal career in 2004 to venture into the corporate world and initially served as the Corporate & Legal Director with a Singapore company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.​

YTM. Tunku Dato' Seri Kamel received an undergraduate degree and an MBA from the University of Tennessee, USA. Presently occupies the position of Non-Independent Non-Executive Chairman at Amtel Holdings Bhd. and Chairman at QC Protection & Investigation Service Sdn. Bhd. He is also on the board of Asia Metropolitan University and Dwitasik Sdn. Bhd. He previously was Independent Non-Executive Chairman for Minda Global Bhd., Director & Principal Officer as Asli Jardine Insurance Brokers Sdn. Bhd. and Manager-International Sales at Lafarge Cement Sdn. Bhd.
DATO' AHMAD FUAD BIN ABDUL RAHMAN

Dato' Ahmad Fuad bin Abdul Rahman has amassed extensive experience across banking, business, and social development over the past four decades. He began his career with an international bank, culminated as a foreign exchange dealer, and later, invited to helm a senior management position in the treasury department of a local bank. In 1984, he transitioned into the business world and, among others, guided numerous ventures through start-ups or mergers.

He was conferred the Darjah Setia Tuanku Muhriz (DSTM) by DYMM Yang di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan, Tuanku Muhriz ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir, in conjunction with DYMM's 63rd Birthday celebrations. Immediately afterwards he was tasked to foster Yayasan Munarah - a (then) newly incorporated family foundation of DYMM Tuanku, which he did, from 2011 - 2020.
DATUK SHAHAR EFFENDI BIN ABDULLAH AZIZI
MINING ADVISOR
Datuk Shahar Effendi Bin Abdullah Azizi previously served as the Director General of the Department of Mineral and Geoscience Malaysia (JMG) from 2017 to 2021.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Mineral Economics from the Paris School of Mines, France.

Datuk Shahar Effendi has over 40 years of experience in the mining and mineral sector. Throughout his service, he has played a key role in the development of the national mineral industry, including the formulation of the National Mineral Policy 2 and the Mineral Industry Transformation Plan 2021-2030.

He was also elected as the Chairperson of the Steering Committee of CCOP (Coordinating Committee for Geoscience Programme in East and Southeast Asia) based in Bangkok, Thailand. For his contribution to CCOP, he was appointed by the CCOP Steering Committee as the new Honorary Advisor to CCOP on 8th November 2024.
DATO' AHMAD NASHARUDDIN HAMZAH
CORPORATE AFFAIRS & FINANCE DIRECTOR
Dato’ Nasharuddin is a graduate of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. He was previously the Head of Corporate Planning & Strategy with Etiqa Insurance & Takaful Group as well as a Director of UiTM Holdings and it’s subsidiaries.
Dato’ Nasharuddin is responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, corporate affairs and financial strategies of the company with the rank of Corporate Affairs & Finance Director.
SITI FARIZA MOHD GHAZALLI
ADMIN & HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR
Siti Fariza is a Business Administration graduate of Eberhardt School of Business, from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, California United States of America.
Siti Fariza was previously attached with a company listed on the Bursa Malaysia. She is in charge of administration and human resources matters with the rank of Admin & Human Resource Director.

Ts. AHMAD 'AIZAT BIN ROSLAN
GENERAL MANAGER, GROUP MINING
Ts. Ahmad 'Aizat Bin Roslan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mineral Resource Engineering from Universiti Sains Malaysia.

He has 14 years of experience focusing on the mining industry, covering ball clay, kaolin, feldspar, iron ore, quarry operations, silica sand, mine sand, quartz, tin ore, amang, tungsten, bauxite, and rare earth elements.
​
He is currently a Professional Technologist (Ts.), with expertise in mining operations in general and mineral processing in particular. He has also served in Qatar as a Mineral Processing Engineer, where he was directly involved in the design and construction of mineral processing plants. In addition, he has experience working with a consulting firm specialising in the mining and quarrying industry.
DANIEL IZZUDIN BIN MOHAMED RIZAL
ASSISTANT MANAGER, TECHNICAL & OPERATIONS
Daniel Izzudin Bin Mohamed Rizal holds a qualification in Information Technology and has accumulated over 8 years of experience where he specialised in data integration and visualisation projects that enhanced organisational monitoring and supported strategic decision-making.​​
SIAM JIA QUAN
GEOLOGIST
Siam Jia Quan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Degree in Geology from Universiti Malaysia Sabah and a Master of Science in Petroleum Geoscience from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.
​
He has been involved in major projects including the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), Penang Mutiara Line LRT, Google Data Centre, Amazon Data Centre, as well as various residential and industrial developments.
​
His areas of expertise include geological mapping, site investigation, geotechnical analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation of mineral and petroleum systems, supported by extensive field experience and proficiency in the use of modern geological software.
ARIS OZIAR
ESG MANAGEMENT UNIT
Aris graduated with a BSc. (Hons) in Economics, International Development from the London School of Economics. He has wide ranging field experience in environmental issues and was previously involved with the Endau Rompin elephant population survey and Nottingham University’s Wild Elephant survey in Gerik, Perak. Aris was previously the Environmental Manager for Malaysian Airlines Berhad and is a member of the Company’s ESG Management Unit.
DR. SHARLINA SHARIZAL
ESG MANAGEMENT UNIT
Dr. Sharlina graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from University Putra Malaysia with emphasis on Avians & Exotics (Wildlife). She has conducted various field studies including assignments at Zoo Negara Malaysia and medical issues with wild geese migration through Malaysia. Dr. Sharlina also was the Royal Canin Student Ambassador Award Recipient during her days in UPM and had attended training at their Headquarters in Montpellier, France. She is a member of the Company’s ESG Management Unit.
