DATO' AHMAD NASHARUDDIN HAMZAH

Dato’ Nasharuddin is a graduate of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, United Kingdom. He was previously the Head of Corporate Planning & Strategy with Etiqa Insurance & Takaful Group as well as a Director of UiTM Holdings and it’s subsidiaries.
Dato’ Nasharuddin is responsible for leading the overall strategic direction, corporate affairs and financial strategies of the company with the rank of Group Executive Director.

Dr. Sharlina graduated with a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from University Putra Malaysia with emphasis on Avians & Exotics (Wildlife). She has conducted various field studies including assignments at Zoo Negara Malaysia and medical issues with wild geese migration through Malaysia. Dr. Sharlina also was the Royal Canin Student Ambassador Award Recipient during her days in UPM and had attended training at their Headquarters in Montpellier, France..
TUAN HAJI MOHD NAZAN AWANG
MINING DIRECTOR
Tuan Haji Nazan graduated with a BSc. (Hons) in Geology, majoring in Hydrogeology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. He is an experienced geologist and groundwater expert, with extensive expertise in hydrogeology and groundwater resources, including studies conducted in the Sungai Chuau River Basin, Rompin and Pulau Tioman.
He previously served as Director of the Kelantan State Minerals and Geoscience Department (JMG), and his last post prior to retirement from Government service was as Director of Planning and Coordination at the headquarters of the Department of Minerals and Geoscience Malaysia (JMG) in Putrajaya.
SITI FARIZA MOHD GHAZALI

Siti Fariza is a Business Administration graduate of Eberhardt School of Business, from the University of the Pacific, Stockton, California United States of America.
Siti Fariza was previously attached with a company listed on the Bursa Malaysia. She is in charge of administration and human resources matters with the rank of Human Resource Director.

Fadzil graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA and was previously a General Manager with Sapura Secured Technologies.
Fadzil leads the Company's Technical Services Unit and is a member of the Company's ESG Management Unit.
ARIS OZIAR

Aris graduated with a BSc. (Hons) in Economics, International Development from the London School of Economics. He has wide ranging field experience in environmental issues and was previously involved with the Endau Rompin elephant population survey and Nottingham University’s Wild Elephant survey in Gerik, Perak.
Aris was previously the Environmental Manager for Malaysian Airlines Berhad and is a member of the Company’s ESG Management Unit.
SIAM JIA QUAN
GEOLOGIST
Siam Jia Quan holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons.) Degree in Geology from Universiti Malaysia Sabah and a Master of Science in Petroleum Geoscience from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS.

He has been involved in major projects including the East Coast Rail Link (ECRL), Penang Mutiara Line LRT, Google Data Centre, Amazon Data Centre, as well as various residential and industrial developments.

His areas of expertise include geological mapping, site investigation, geotechnical analysis, risk assessment, and evaluation of mineral and petroleum systems, supported by extensive field experience and proficiency in the use of modern geological software.

AHMAD SHARIZAL JIMIN

Sharizal graduated with an LL. B (Hons) from the University of Wales Aberystwyth, United Kingdom and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 1995. He left his legal career in 2004 to venture into the corporate world and initially served as the Corporate & Legal Director with a Singapore company listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange.
